Oh My! What a joy it was to spend the afternoon photographing Olivia! We headed to downtown Mckinney for her session and I was so surprised at all we accomplished in our time together! I know Olivia slept well that night (and so did I for that matter!) Her gentle and sweet spirit show through in each of her portraits:) She is headed to Samford University in Birmingham, AL this fall for her new chapter of college life! I can't wait to see what God has planned for you, Olivia! Blessings, sweet girl! XO
The first time we scheduled Melanie's session it poured down rain...therefore, we were pleased with a cloudy day for her session! Her beauty shines through the clouds and adds sunshine in each image. This girl loves her books and her doggie:) She was so cold that I would wrap her up in my big jacket in between shooting but once Charlie arrived for the end of our session Melanie exclaimed, "You can take the coat now...you need it. I don't need it any more because I have Charlie!" What a sweet heart! I loved our time together, Melanie, and wish you all the best as you graduate and begin the next exciting chapter in your life.
This was a special time for the Pattersons to spend time commemorating the life of their beloved pets, especially their older dog who was recently diagnosed with cancer. Our animals play such an important role in our families and the Pattersons wanted to capture this time forever. It was a sweet time to spend together and their dogs were such good clients! Carrie said they have faces only a mother could love but I think they look pretty great in all their shots! Love you guys!
This family session started with puppies and ended with BFFs with family love sprinkled all throughout! Such a beautiful family and so much fun to spend time with! I loved all the outfits mom picked out and the smiles were the icing on the cake...especially from Dad! We started in the country and ended up at Bobcat Field so don't stop until you have seen all the pictures in their post! Thank you for a fun evening Neidhart Family!
This family is right at home in the outdoors. They love everything outdoors and country! A huge thank you goes out to the Tibbles for allowing us to photograph at their beautiful barn. The fall fields provide such a stunning backdrop this time of year and I love photographing families in them. The morning of our session was overcast but the Medders family shine in each picture! The sun peeked out for a few minutes at the close of our session to provide a kiss of drama to the final images from the day...such a wonderful experience spending time with you all!
There is not much more important than documenting generations...this group represents 4 generations...I was concerned about great-grandma being able to walk to the location and getting all the grandchildren around her...I could not have been more wrong. Great-grandma arrived in a cute sweater dress with high-heeled boots...she is a spunky, beautiful and very active great-grandmother and an accomplished author to boot! I was so impressed with this family! They were a joy to photograph...thank you for the opportunity to capture this time in your lives and the family you all belong to! These photographs will be cherished for generations to come.
What a privilege it was to photograph this family of 8! Yes, they all fit in my frame and yes, they are ALL this good looking! This family truly knows the meaning of togetherness and they will soon be adding to their numbers as their oldest recently became engaged! Thank you, Johnson family, for a wonderful example of FAMILY...you are an inspiration!
I had the opportunity to photograph mom and dad for their 25th anniversary and we had so much fun we scheduled their family for a fall family session. I love bringing my love seat on location and piling everyone on it! Such fun backdrops everywhere in downtown McKinney! Here is to many more sessions with one of my favorite families!
This girl! She can defilinitely light up a camera with her eyes! We started our session at UNT where she will be a freshman this fall. The light was georgeous and her dad loved the shoot through at the flowers! We ended the session back in Celina with her BFF and the sunset was priceless. Truly memories to cherish...I cherished my time with you Crystal and wish you all the best as you wrap up your senior year and get ready for the next chapter of your life!
What a blessing to photograph this family of four! New to the Celina community they are settling in and making Celina their hometown. As a bonus, Michelle's parents were in town and were able to join us for the shoot...such fun memories! I love the railroad and icehouse...always spectacular lighting and when you add a beautiful family like this it is magic!
